It was with a profound sense of sadness and loss that we learned of the sudden and untimely passing on Sunday, July 21st, 14 Av, of the esteemed principal of secular studies of our Boys Division, Mr. Etan Savir, a"h. Besides being an accomplished and successful principal, Mr. Savir was a truly unique and inspirational ben Torah and the Yeshiva was fortunate to have him as a role model for our students.

Mr. Savir’s passing leaves the Yeshiva with a void that cannot easily be filled. While we cannot fathom the grief of the Savir family, we daven that the entire family be blessed with the strength, comfort and support needed at this most difficult time.

This page has been created to help collect personal memories of Mr. Savir from students, staff, alumni and the community so that the Savir family can have one more way to remember a very special, beloved husband, father and teacher.
